Rhett came to rescue after animal control found him alone & neglected, abandoned in a home with a dog buddy who didnt survive. Fast forward to his freedom ride to rescue & some quality time in a foster home & he is a whole new hound!

Rhett adores squeek toys, belly rubs, & canine play-play-play buddies of all sizes.  Cats & small humans are OK... but vaccuum cleaners are eevvvilll.  The mailman may be in league with the vaccuum, so Rhett is sure to always alert you to door deliveries.

He is leash trained, housetrained &  *loves* to go on car rides.   Rhett would do best in a home with a playful canine sibling, or at least a tolerant couch potato to keep him company.

Veterinary and personal reference checks, and a home visit are required PRIOR to being approved to adopt.
